The MasterCup Regatta, informally known as "The Business Race," brings together owners, executives, and business professionals in a sailing event.
Since 2011, it has been held in prominent sailing locations across Spain and Italy, featured alongside other major events like the America's Cup. The regatta integrates competitive racing with opportunities for networking, leadership development, and strategic collaboration. Participants compete for the MasterCup trophy, business connections and exploring professional opportunities in an engaging environment.
Fleet
All boats are in the class- Cruiser. Hull design by Marc Lombard, offers unrivalled deck volume and interior space, an there are no concessions to performance. The 12-metre long Oceanis 40.1, Oceanis 38.1
Race&
Drills
We will train and carry out the necessary practices to become a sailing regatta crew. Steer a sailboat, run the courses, practice tacks, trim of the sails, tactical aspects of a regatta, and much more.

7th Realting Mastercup Regatta 2023: Cambrils, Spain — In this picturesque corner of the Golden Coast, not far from Barcelona, the long-awaited 7th Realting Mastercup Regatta 2023, also known as the Owners and Top Managers Race, took place. This event brought together not only sailing enthusiasts but also outstanding business leaders, investors, and real estate professionals.
6th Mastercup Regatta: Cambrils will once again host the 6th edition of the Realting MasterCup Regatta, an international sporting and networking event bringing together around thirty European entrepreneurs while raising funds for charity.

Frequently asked questions
Where will the event take place? The event will take place at Olympic Port, located in the centre of Barcelona.
What type of vessels will be used in the regatta? We will use cruiser sailing boats in the regatta in the same classe. If boat has diference we use Ratings and Handicap Systems
Can the guests participate if they have no sailing experience? Yes, the regatta is open to all participants. Training will be provided before the event, and each boat will be crewed by experienced skippers.
Who participate? The Mastercup Regatta attracts top executives, investors, and industry leaders. One of the organizers is a director with experience in conducting the Sailing World Cup. Members of the judging committee have also been involved in major regattas like the Volvo Cup and Copa del Rey.
Networking? Yes during the regatta you have a chance to meet and consult with representatives from PWC and Sotheby's provide participants with legal and investment consultations. Financial advisors are available to help attendees present their projects directly to investors, adding significant practical value to the event
What is the dress code for the nautical regatta event? Branded techical uniform will be provided. Don't forget to bring sunscreen and hats, windstopers as well
we recommend wearing non-slip footwear and a lightweight waterproof jacket.
What Is Unique About the Program?
The program is intencive and diverse is a mix of sports, business, culture, and charity. In addition to racing, participants can enjoy wine tastings from family-owned wineries and guided tours of off-the-beaten-path areas of Spain, offering unique insights that typical guides do not provide.
